Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in may be subject to a charge equivalent to the first night's stay. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Modifications

Reservation dates and room types may be modified subject to availability. To modify your reservation, please contact the front desk directly at (270) 388-2281 or email theregencyinnky@gmail.com. Changes to reservations made through Booking.com should be managed through the Booking.com platform.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or credit card provider. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please contact us directly.

Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations arise. In cases of emergencies, severe weather, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact the front desk and we will work with you to find a fair resolution. Each situation is evaluated individually.
